Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Charges will appear on your statement as Frix Entertainment LLC.

Refunds and Cancellations

• All sales are final unless an event is canceled.
• If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events.
• If an event is fully canceled without a rescheduled date, customers will be notified and refunded within 10 business days.

Liability

Frix Entertainment LLC is not responsible for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by venues or third parties.
• Personal injury, loss, or damages incurred at events.
